Actually time does become a loop. Once I realized this, things became a bit easier to forecast. The seasons, clocks, gas prices tied to elections, incompetency in public office, lather rinse repeat---it all makes cyclical sense.

As for Orbital, I'm sticking with "Chime." That "Time Becomes a Loop" is sadistic. I mean that in the nicest possible way.

I am mildly distressed by your freakishly perfect-looking family Christmas. I didn't read WHERE exactly you spent the holidays, but I suspect it may have been Stepford. Just kidding. It all looks splendid and wonderfully Christmasey.
Much Joy, Peace, Happiness for 2008!

Your close. It's in Baltimore, so it's more like a Brideshead Revisited Meets Serial Mom event, hon.

Oh Jeez...I said "your" instead of "you're" in my own blog and I can't remove it.

Oh Dear.

"There is the theory of the mobius, a twist in the fabric of space where time becomes a loop."

This is indeed in the Orbital son, but the true origin of the actual soundbyte is from Star Stek.

Specifically the episone "Time Squared", where LTC Warf is talking of the enterprise encountering a shuttle from the future!
